AI automation studio — Croatia

Delete the manual work.

I build AI automation that takes the repetitive toil off your team — the assembly, the busywork, the revisions. The judgment, the craft, the taste stay with your people. Keep everything that made it worth doing.

01 — Less busywork. More craft.

  • Delete the busywork

Automation lifts the repetitive work your business runs on — assembly, localization, revisions, reporting — while every decision that needs a human stays human. Fewer hours. Same standards.

    • Workflow automation
    • Pipelines
    • Python
    • LLMs
  • Media that reads itself

AI that analyzes your video and audio — reading emotion, speech, and story — so you know what to publish, what will land, and who it’s for. Built at broadcast scale, rebuilt for yours.

    • Video & audio AI
    • Speech
    • Multimodal ML
  • Craft you can click

A site built end to end by one person, engineered as carefully as it’s designed. This site is the proof.

    • Art direction
    • Motion
    • SvelteKit
  • Skills that stay

While the system gets built, your people learn to run it — automation and LLMs applied to their actual work, not a generic course. The capability stays when I leave.

Who builds this

Grgur Damiani

An artist’s eye, an engineer’s hands — the person who maps the workflow is the person who builds it. Built at RTL.

Case 01 — Education software

Digital timetabler

digital timetabler — in pilot
A generated weekly school timetable — five days of lessons placed with no gaps

Croatian schools build their timetables by hand — months of work, every year. I replaced that with a constraint solver: a gap-free week generated in minutes, every class in its own room. A production system, built and shipped solo — schools run it themselves, no consultant required.

In pilot with real schools.

Stack

  • TypeScript
  • Next.js
  • Postgres
  • OR-Tools
  • Docker

There’s more — an AI pipeline that regenerates a finished course in every language from one edit.

03 — Why most of it fails

The model isn’t the hard part.

  • Nothing gets ripped out

I build on top of what you already run, in phases, with a human approving anything that matters — so it earns trust before anyone depends on it. And your team learns to use it while it’s being built, not after.

One person does all of it: sits in the real workflow, decides what should be automated and what shouldn’t, and builds it.

04 — Studio

One person.A whole studio.No handoffs.

The studio

Software that feels crafted, not templated — and runs like clockwork. I’m Grgur Damiani, and di vergada is my one-person AI automation studio in Croatia: part designer, part engineer.

One belief runs through everything: automate the toil, keep the craft. The repetitive work leaves; the judgment and the taste don’t.

How I work

You work directly with the person who designs the system and builds it. One accountable brain, decisions in minutes instead of meetings, nothing lost in translation.

I find the elegant machine hiding inside a messy manual process — and ship it. From first sketch to production, one pair of hands.

Stack honesty

No name-dropping. This is what I actually ship with:

  • SvelteKit
  • TypeScript
  • Python
  • Claude
  • Remotion

Start a project

Tell me where the work repeats — what your team does by hand, which tools it runs through, and where people still step in. One person answers, and it is the same person who builds the system.

A good fit
A team with repetitive work that eats hours every week — assembly, localization, revisions, reporting. You don’t need to know what the solution looks like; you need to know where it hurts.
How it works
Most teams start with a one-day workshop (€1,500): real tasks, done live, and a map of everything still done by hand. What gets built after that is fixed-price, scoped from that map, and the workshop fee comes off it. Prices are at /pricing.
What happens next
I reply within one working day, and I’m booking projects for autumn 2026. The person answering is the person who builds.
